- The Information We Collect -
To fulfil your order, buyer must provide certain information to us, such as your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, payment information and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide additional information by contacting us.

- Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It -
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to provide customer support;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as- we use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve our services.

- Information Sharing and Disclosure -
We share your information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if We have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

- Data Retention -
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

- Personal Information Outside the EU -
We store and process your information through third-party hosting services in Canada and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the information we hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your information. We will generally delete your information upon request.
Object. You can object to our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests. In such cases, we will delete your information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Returns and exchange details

Hi! Thank you for visiting our shop. We want you to feel happy with the items because they are all made in our home-studio. We cut, dye, stitch, wrap, all by our hands! Every piece is uniquely made-to-order according to what you selected, so please read our policies and choose carefully before placing your order!

1 • If you don’t understand the material’s nature or would like to know how to use the item, please contact us! We are glad to assist and explain how the item works and the nature of the leather.

2 • In case of an item that is arrived damaged or broken, buyer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify with the snapshot records and provide further assistance very quickly.

3 • If you think the item you received is not suitable for you, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We are happy to assist you to find the item you love most and exchange it, or even a refund for your purchase. There is only one simple rule for buyer- If you used the item, it means you love it and you keep it!

Only unused item (100% new, not even used once) is legible for exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Because of the nature of vegetable tanned leather, we simply cannot accept return or exchange for aging or wear and tear, especially if it is damaged or has man-made scratches. Once we receive the item and verify it is unworn (unused), the return will be processed and refund will be issued.

4 • If you simply don’t need the item and would like to return it, we have 25% of the item price for handling fee. As mentioned above, every item is made-to-order according to what you selected, it is your piece! But the handling fee will be deducted if you purchase the from us again with a same/higher price item.

5 • Art Pieces, custom-made and personalised items are not returnable. If we made a mistake in personalising your item, we will replace it for sure!

6 • The buyers has acknowledged and agreed that leather items are not water-proof because of the material’s permeable nature. The leather items we made can resist certain amount of water, but ultimately it should not be exposed to water or chemical such as perfume, cosmetics or cleaning products as this may lead to discolouration and other results.

Delivery Method and Arrangement

Before shipping, the item will take some time to complete because it will be newly made in our studio, made-to-order according to what you selected. So please read our policies and choose carefully before placing your order!

1 • *Please remember to leave the recipient’s phone number for the courier* at checkout and doubly sure the shipping address is correct.

2 • The delivery time listed below is estimated by the couriers. We can’t guarantee the exact arrival date, but it always delivers in time unless it is held by customs or other reasons. If it really happens, no worries! We will contact the departments and please expect more time to ship. *Buyer is responsible for the import tax!*



1-3 business days:
The USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore

1-4 business days:
European Union, The United Kingdom, Russia, Macau, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar.

1-5 business days:
Rest of Europe, Rest of the World.


3 • Shipping fee is not refundable because the fee is all paid to the couriers, we don’t earn a single penny from it!

4 • If you entered an incorrect address, no worries! Please contact us in 24 hours to update the address. If your order is shipped with an incorrect address, there is no way to update during the transit process. In this situation, our apologies, we are not responsible for any losses! If the parcel returns safely, buyer will pay extra postage for the item to ship again. If buyer refuse to pay for the extra postage or the buyer just don't need the item anymore, we have 30% of the item cost for the handling fee.
