1 • Here are the delivery time ranges estimated by the couriers. Although there is no guarantee, it usually arrive in time! If delay happens (e.g. hold for inspections, etc.), no worries! We will help looking into it and please allow more time to ship! Your patience and understanding would be greatly appreciated.
Estimated time for STANDARD Shipping:
To address in UK, HK: 4-10 business days.
To address in other countries: 5-30 business days.
Couriers: Post offices (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.)
Estimated time for EXPRESS Shipping: 1-4 business days.
Estimated time for HYBIRD Shipping:
To address in US: 3-8 business days
To address in other countries: 10-30 business days
1st Part(from our home studio to the agent): UPS/Fedex
2nd Part(from the agent to your address): UPS/Fedex/DHL/USPS
2 • Please leave a contact number for the courier at checkout and make sure the shipping address is correct! If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to update. If your order is shipped without updating, we are not responsible for any losses!
3 • We are unable to refund or exchange an order that is still has an active update in the past 90 days, it is still on the way to you. Note for STANDARD shipping outside UK/HK and the 2nd part HYBIRD shipping outside US: Shipping is very challenging under current situation. Governments around the world putting limits on import/export goods with fewer workers in the network, there is a chance that the delivery might get delayed. Your patience and understanding would be greatly appreciated!
4 • Guests are responsible for the import tax, VAT, or any other related costs. For some countries, Etsy will help to collect tax during checkout. Please contact Etsy if you have any questions about the tax charge.
5 • If the shipping is delayed (out of the estimated time range), no worries! We will contact the courier for more information and urge them to deliver as soon as possible. If unluckily we get a confirmation from the courier that your parcel is lost, you can choose to receive a free replacement, or a FULL refund for your order.
